Refund Policy:

 The Payments by any Regional Matrimony member to website/app by way of membership/renewal fee/auto renewal are treated as non-refundable. 

Regional Matrimony Member shall not assign or transfer your Regional Matrimony Membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions.

 Payment once made for Regional Matrimony services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the company.

 Once your paid membership expires, you cannot avail the unexpired balance phone call count/ SMS.

On Renewal, the unexpired phone call/SMS shall be carried forward to your account from the last day of expiry.

Is it possible to give you a 100% Refund?

You should have uploaded at least one photo.

You should have got your phone number verified.

You should have contacted a minimum of 5 members.

You have not got a reply to your personalized messages.

You personalized messages have not been read.

You have not been contacted by other members.

You have not viewed / taken any verified contact numbers.

Others have not viewed / taken your contact number.
